1. What the RPP Covers
The RPP covers the following types of unintentional damage:
- Accidental tears, rips, or punctures to inflatables
- Damage from unexpected weather events (wind, rain, storms) when safety rules were followed
- Accidental spills, stains, or minor cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by normal, responsible use
- Minor broken components such as stakes, clips, straps, or tie-downs
- Electrical malfunctions not caused by misuse
2. What the RPP Does Not Cover
The RPP does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Overloading or improper operation
- Intentional damage or vandalism
- Theft, loss, or disappearance of equipment
- Unauthorized movement or relocation
- Damage from pets, fireworks, smoking, sharp objects, food, oils, or prohibited items
- Water damage on equipment not designed for water use
- Damage caused by ignoring weather warnings or leaving equipment unattended in unsafe conditions
Clients remain fully responsible for repair or replacement costs for non-covered damage.
3. Cost of the RPP
The cost of the RPP is based on the type, size, and value of the rented equipment.
Pricing may vary depending on the items rented and will be shown on the client’s invoice or rental agreement.
The fee must be paid before delivery or pickup for coverage to apply.
4. Client Responsibilities Under the RPP
Clients must still:
- Follow all safety and operating rules
- Supervise equipment at all times
- Keep equipment secure, clean, and protected
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Prevent further damage once an issue is noticed
Failure to follow these rules may void coverage.
5. How Claims Work

- Do not attempt to repair equipment
- We will inspect the damage at pickup
- If covered, repair costs are waived
- If not covered, the client will be billed for repair or replacement
6. Limitations
The RPP limits the client’s liability for accidental damage up to the repair cost of the equipment. It does not guarantee replacement equipment during the event. The RPP is non-refundable once the rental period begins.
7. Agreement
By selecting and paying for the RPP, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms listed above. Declining the plan means the client accepts full responsibility for all damage or loss.
