Q: What services does 224 Party Rental, LLC provide?

A:We provide party and event rental equipment including inflatables, tables, chairs, tents, concessions, and other event essentials for birthdays, graduations, corporate events, weddings, school functions, and community gatherings.

Q:Where do you service?

A:We serve all of livingston county and up to 100 miles. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

Q:How do I place an order?

A:Orders can be placed through our website at www.224partyrental.com, by phone, or by email. All orders must be confirmed with payment and a signed rental agreement.

Q:How far in advance should I book?

A:We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability.


Pricing & Payments

Q:How much does it cost to rent equipment?

A:Prices vary based on the item(s), rental duration, delivery distance, and availability. All pricing is listed on our website or provided in a custom quote.

Q:Is a deposit required?

A:Yes. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days ( 48 hours) before delivery or pick up. unless otherwise agreed upon.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

A:We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments. Returned or declined payments may result in additional fees.

Q:Do you charge a security deposit?

A:Some rentals may require a refundable security deposit. This will be disclosed at the time of booking.


Rental Protection Plan (RPP)

Q:What is the Rental Protection Plan (RPP)?

A:The Rental Protection Plan covers accidental damage that occurs during normal use of the rental equipment. It does not cover negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, or intentional damage.

Q:Is the RPP required?

A:No, but it is insurance that can protect you from a full charge of any and all rental items. 

Q:Does the RPP replace the security deposit?

A:No. The RPP does not replace a security deposit. Both may be required.

Q:Does RPP pricing vary?

A:Yes. The price of the Rental Protection Plan may vary depending on the item(s) rented and total invoice amount. Generally 10%-15% of total invoice. 


Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Q:Do you offer delivery and setup?

A:Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included or charged based on your location and rental type. 

Q:What time will my rental be delivered?

A:Delivery times are scheduled within a delivery window, not a guaranteed time, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Q:Do I need to be present for delivery?

A:Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at delivery to receive and inspect the equipment. Unless previously agreed upon. 

Q:Can equipment be moved after setup?

A:No. Equipment must remain in the location where it was originally set up. Moving equipment may result in damage fees and voids the RPP.


Usage & Safety

Q:Are there rules for using rental equipment?

A:Yes. All equipment must be used safely and according to provided instructions. Children must be supervised at all times.

Q:What is not allowed on inflatables?

A:No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint, silly string, confetti, fire, smoking, or pets unless specifically approved.

Q:Who is responsible for injuries?

A:The renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all equipment. 224 Party Rental, LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.


Weather Policy

Q:What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

A:Inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather. Weather-related decisions are made for safety reasons.

Q:Can I cancel due to weather?

A:Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review our cancellation policy or contact us directly.


Cancellations & Refunds

Q:What is your cancellation policy?

A:Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined in our rental agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable.

Q:Do you offer refunds?

A:Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the circumstances of the cancellation or issue.


Damage, Cleaning & Liability

Q:What if equipment is damaged?

A:The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may apply.

Q:What if equipment is returned dirty?

A:Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Q:What if equipment is lost or stolen?

A:The renter is fully responsible for lost or stolen equipment and will be charged replacement costs.


Legal & Policies

Q:Do I have to sign a rental agreement?

A:Yes. All customers must agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before renting.

Q:Is my personal information safe?

A:Yes. We take privacy seriously and handle all personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Q: Does the price include set up?

A: Our staff will Set Up all Tents and Inflatable Bounce Houses and Water Slides. You can also choose to add Set Up of your Tables and Chairs for $0.50 per Chair and $1.00 per Table. We do not offer Set Up of Linens.

Q: I didn't end up needing an item that I rented (for example, a cooler ). Can I get a refund?

A: No. You will not be reimbursed, refunded, or credited for items that are reserved and delivered to you.
